Here are no sweat techniques that will help you improve your English without even trying, if you are learning to speak English as a second language. The genuine accent, facial expressions, hand gestures, sighs, moans, groans, laughter, smirks, and other things that go along with everyday conversation will come later, naturally.
Regardless of how extensive or not your vocabulary is, if you master the ability to "sound" like you know the language and can speak it, people will be more than generous to assist you.
1. Watch movies!
Watching movies is always a fun thing to do. In order to get the most out of your movie watching experience, if your vocabulary is limited, watch a movie in English that you are very familiar with in your own language so you always know what's going on. Try not to translate as you go because you lose blocks of conversation this way. Instead, watch the picture and listen. Hear all the words, but determine what's going on by the pictures you see and the words you're hearing that you already know. Believe it or not, other words will sink in too, and so will the accent and everything else that went with what you saw and heard.
As your vocabulary grows, expand your movie selections to other movies you'd like to see but are only available in English. Try to be able to see the film more than once if possible.
According to the location and type of film you intend to view, you will be able to experience different accents, and other cultural expressions of the English language. Pick and choose the things that you think will suit you best. If it doesn't work out, neutral accent will come in haandy (merriam-webster.com is a big help). Have fun with yourself and your efforts.
2. Watch TV shows, especially talk shows... and soap operas, too
The place where extreme expression and limited vocabulary meet! This is such a fascinating way to learn a foreign language. Every accessory that goes with the expression of a word is demonstrated on a soap opera. "Outrage" expressed with a word, facial expression or two, and perhaps even a subsequent face slap, all of that being understandable in any language. "Love", another universal subject, or violence, good versus evil can all be discerned quickly and easily on a soap opera. Plus, soap operas are naturally designed to allow anyone just tuning in to pick up the story quickly. The characters are easily loveable and deliciously "hate-able" so you turn to it again and again to see what's going on, and not only improve your English each time, but reinforce what you've already learned.
Talk shows on one hand is a good teacher for conversational English.
3. Read the comics/funny papers and children's books
Very non-stressful! Pictures with words, or words with pictures, however you want to look at it, it's a great way to learn! For each thought presented there are words that match a picture, and vice versa. It doesn't matter if you read comic books, or the comics in the Sunday newspaper, read whatever will make you laugh and cause you to enjoy learning at the same time.
If you know any little kids between the ages of 5-8, try reading one of their books to them. Usually little kids know their favorite books by heart, so if you stumble a little, they'll be able to help you.
If you enjoy this method of improving your English, and you find yourself to be pretty good at it, then try reading a few Dr. Seuss books. The rhyming will challenge you, but once you master it, your pronunciation of English, and your delivery will have been considerably refined and improved.
4. Learn these two sentences and you'll be set for life . . . seriously!
"How do you say (blank)", in English (Spanish, French, etc.), and "What is that called?" (Point if you have to, and smile too). Smiling is a universal language. Once you learn how to ask these two questions, you are on your way to being conversant in the language of your choice!
You could use your limited vocabulary to ask the question and then when you got the answer, you could repeat it a few times to make sure you are saying it correctly, and "BAM" you'll have a new vocabulary word.
5. What happens if you make a mistake?
Nothing. The world won't come to an end, and you haven't embarrassed yourself to the point where you can't show your face again. Just apologize if that's what's called for, or laugh at yourself, make the correction, and count it as a learning experience.
English could be a complicated language than you think but learning it is fun, more than you can ever imagine. Trust me.

Reinstate Your Banned Google AdSense Account
Are you in panic because of a message from Google that looks like this:
Fret no more. These are the measures you can take:
1. Don’t simply appeal by replying to the Google mail that notified you that you have been banned. File a formal appeal for reinstatement using Google’s official Invalid Clicks Appeal Form.
2. Correctly input all needed information in the form. Also include your real name, address, and other contact information (preferably the same information in your Adsense profile). This sends Google a signal that you are serious in your appeal.
3. Phrase your email in a formal, corporate, sincere manner. Always check for correct spelling and grammar. Do not curse, rant, or threaten legal action against Google. In the same way that you will be annoyed at a fiery email sent to you, Google will certainly not appreciate similar emails.
4. Offer to cooperate with Adsense, in the best possible way you can, should they decide to investigate your case. Show concrete proofs of your “innocence” — traffic logs of your site, explanation of possible causes of invalid clicks, screenshots and evidence that those clicks were not made or intended by you. Include a line that says something like, “If there’s anything else I can do to help in your investigation of my account, please let me know.”
5. If Google has still not responded to your issue, send regular follow-up emails but make sure you DON’T SPAM them. When sending follow-ups, ensure that your writing is calm and patient. A mail that says “Still no reply after two weeks? C’mon, Google, don’t tell me you’re not reading my emails!!!!” will definitely ruin your chances of a possible reinstatement.
Several publishers who got banned got their accounts reinstated after following the steps above. You can do the same.
Good luck in getting your banned Adsense account back!
Note however, that this only applies to cases where you were not at fault. This means you did not click on your own ads, did not encourage visitors to click on your ads, and did not violate any Google Adsense’s Program Policies. If you did, stop reading right now. This article can help you no more.

Stocks and Securities: Philippine Context
Stocks are shares of ownership in a corporation. When you become a stockholder or shareholder of a company, you become part-owner of that company.
Securities, on the other hand, are proof of one’s ownership or indebtedness in a company. Examples of securities are treasury bills and commercial papers, which are considered as short-term and are traded in the money market; and stocks and bonds, which are long-term and traded in the capital market. Securities are easily bought and sold in the stock market.
What types of securities can I buy in the stock market?
Most of the issues listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) are common stocks. Other types of securities such as preferred stocks, warrants, PDRs and bonds are also traded.
Common Stocks - These are usually purchased for participation in the profits and control of ownership and management of the company. Holders of common stocks have voting rights. They are also entitled to an equal pro rata division of profits without preference or advantage over another stockholder. However, they have the last claim on dividends and are the last to collect in case of corporate liquidation.
Preferred Stocks- Its name is derived from preference given to the holders of these stocks over holders of common stocks. Holders of preferred stocks are entitled to receive dividends, to the extent agreed upon, before any dividends are paid to the holders of common stocks. However, preferred stocks usually have a specified limited rate of return or dividend and a specified limited redemption and liquidation price.
Warrants - A corporation can also raise additional capital by issuing warrants. A warrant, normally issued on a detachable basis, allows its holders the right, but not the obligation, to subscribe to new shares at a set price during a specified period of time. It is usually provided free of charge and traded separately in the securities market.
Philippine Deposit Receipts (PDRs) - A PDR is a security which grants the holder the right to the delivery or sale of the underlying share, and to certain other rights including additional PDR or adjustments to the terms or upon the occurrence of certain events in respect of rights issues, capital reorganizations, offers and analogous events or the distribution of cash in the event of a cash dividend on the shares. PDRs are evidences or statements nor certificates of ownership of a foreign/foreign-based corporation. For as long as the PDRs arenot exercised, the shares underlying the PDRs are and will continue to be registered in the name of and owned by and all rights pertaining to the shares shall be exercised by the issuer.
Small-Demominated Treasury Bonds (SDT-Bonds) - The SDT Bonds are long-term and relatively risk-free debt securities issued by the Bureau of Treasury (BTr) of the Republic of the Philippines. The bond is a certificate of indebtedness of the Republic of the Philippines to the owner of the SDT-Bonds.
Where can I buy shares of Stocks and/or Bonds?
In the Philippines, the only operating stock exchange is the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). Its main function is to facilitate the buying and selling of stocks and other securities through its accredited trading participants.
The PSE has two trading floors - PSE Centre in Ortigas, Pasig City and PSE Plaza in Ayala, Makati City - where trading participants trade daily - from 9:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. except Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays and days when the Central Bank Clearing Office is closed.
